The vineyard ‘Mondino’ is found in cru Balluri, in Neive. A Barbaresco that elegantly marries its deep, complex red fruit with airy, lithe spice notes — the best of all worlds. One of our favorites for early drinking.

The 2019 Barbaresco Mondino is soft, open-knit and very easy to like, with lovely up-front fruit and bright acids to play off its mid-weight structure. This accessible, inviting Barbaresco is all charm. Vibrant acids reappear on the finish, adding lift to the finish and closing with a kick of energy.
