You know our Candied Mushroom Riesling yes? Well, this is that but the Riesling grapes were pressed over Pinot Noir pomace. Why? Either Barnaby is a mad genious or he didn't feel like cleaning out the winepress after presseing off the Pinot. Stroke of luck or not, this Riesling has all the great characteristics of Riesling, but also has a bit more weightiness to it from the dark fruit skin contact and a blush of pink. It's the best of all worlds. Just drink it, you'll see.
