The 2021 Malbec Altísimo from La Consulta, Uco Valley, was aged for 12 months in barrels, a third of them new. Purple in the glass. The expressive, clearly defined nose offers cherry and violet with notes of strawberry, and
elegant oaky aromas. Creamy and juicy on the palate with good body and an energizing freshness, this is a Malbec whose flavor is delivered by velvety tannins. Textbook La Consulta.
