The 2022 Paar Deux Cépages is a half-and-half blend of pinot Blanc and Auxerrois from more than 50-year-old vines, made in a taut, bright style. It opens with a tender nose that recalls green almonds and the white flesh of Conference pear. The almond note also colors the palate's taut, fresh, bright fruit. This is a light, bright wine with much freshness. (Bone- Dry)
