Hilmy Cellars Description
Hilmy Cellars produces and bottles artisan wine in small lots. Our wines include red, white, rosé and sparkling wine. Over 85% of our grapes are from the Texas High Plains. Our cellar uses stainless steel tanks as well as French and American oak.
Tempranillo has become a name stay in the state of Texas for making premium wines, and ours is no exception. Our 2021 Tempranillo is a blend of hand-picked fruit from two of our premium growers in the Texas High Plains.
