The NV Metodo Classico Dasaggio Zero Rosé, a varietal Pinot Noir, is smokey initially, slowly evolving in the glass with musky white strawberries complicated by lemon zest. This is sharply focused and well sculpted with a stern mineral streak and a bombardment of line bubbles and sour citrus. It leaves the palate aching with salty tension throughout the long and spicy finale.
