Wine Advocate: 88 Points
A blend of mostly left-bank parcels, Michel’s 2023 Chablis Village opens in the glass to reveal aromas of pear, beeswax and apple. Medium to full-bodied, ample and charming, it's a fleshy wine with succulent acidity and a medium finish, leaving a desire for greater persistence.
Burghound: 87-89 Points
Here too there is a petrol nuance along with relatively prominent phenolic character (think olive oil wisps). On the palate there is both better volume and density to the delicious medium weight flavors that conclude in a bitter lemon-inflected finish. This could also use better depth so two to three years of cellaring should help.
Vinous: 86 Points
The 2023 Chablis Village has a simple, stony nose that needs a bit of coaxing from the glass. The palate is simple but clean, with light orange cordial notes and just a slightly simplistic, tropical-tinged finish. Drink this over the next three years.
