Tasting Notes: With a clean, bright, golden color, aromas that remind of pineapple, papaya, honey, nuts and tropical fruits, like passion fruit. In the mouth it shows a high acidity that maintains the freshness of the wine, great volume and long persistence. The freshness and fruit stand out above the French barrel, which adds pleasant complexity without hiding its varietal characteristics.
Food Pairing: Ideal pairing of medium intensity seafood dishes and fresh vegetables.
