Smooth, sweet and seamless in the mouth, offering sappy blueberry, cherry liqueur, blueberry, candied violet and spicecake flavors that tighten up steadily with air. Powerful yet lively in style, delivering strong thrust and well-knit tannins that add shape to the long, floral-driven finish. This fruit comes from the vines of a low-key, highly regarded vigneron in Ampuis who is old friends with Perret.
