The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Año Cero was a third aged for 10 months. A mild garnet 92 red in hue. The nose presents clear, enticing notes of blackcurrant with hints of herb and green pepper along with licorice and a little spice. On the palate, it's juicy with a fairly smooth texture and slightly compact flow that delivers plenty of red fruit flavor. This wine is a cool climate Cabernet.
