The 2020 Cosecha is a little riper and more complete than the 2019 I tasted next to it, with a little more alcohol (13%) and a lower pH (3.77), so more wine altogether. The grapes ripened thoroughly, and the wine has plenty of aromas and flavors; there's more complexity, more nuance and more detail, and at the same time, there's more freshness. But not from oak... as it's unoaked. It's young and has red fruit and some spiciness, 10,000 bottles produced. It was bottled in May 2021. -Luis Gutiérrez
