The Closeout Rack

Welcome to Houston Wine Merchant's Virtual Closeout rack.  Our in-store close-out rack is world famous - from Montrose to Upper Kirby - and all points in between!

And now, right here in our virtual world, we are aspiring to bring the thrill of pouring over our bin-ends and poking around our bargains from the comfort and convenience of your very own sofa (or at least your mobile device...)

You'll find an array of oddballs, one-offs, neglected treasures, end-of-vintages, damaged labels, and things that were - frankly - just taking up more than their fair share of space.

We mark them down to help them find a loving home, and then we mark them down some more. In fact, we will keep reducing the price until it's an offer you can't refuse (or it's such a bargain we buy it for ourselves!), so check back regularly. It's a fun game to play, but don't dawdle too long - someone else is probably waiting to pounce too.

Quantities are generally very limited. Don't be surprised if there is only one of something. We try to update the online inventory at least twice a day, but please understand that this section is first come, first served - and the possibility exists that some other canny shopper has just beat you to the last bottle of Organic Finnish Punssi from that commune in Äkäslompolo.
