Turley Wine Cellars Description
We select a few of our Zinfandel vines to pick early to make this vivid, dry, delightful rosé. The wine is fermented completely dry using only natural yeasts. This Provençal-style reimagining of California’s infamous rosé wine was conceived of by Larry’s eldest daughter, Christina, while she was still working as a Sommelière in New York City.
Tasting Note: Wild strawberries, watermelon, mint, and a crack of white pepper alongside freshly cut flowers; a perfect summer picnic in a flourishing garden. Bright and brimming on the palate with a dry yet smooth, luxurious texture.
Wine Pairing: An excellent pairing with crudo, charcuterie, stone fruits, the lively leap of spring, and the sumptuous saunter of summer.
