Pheasant Ridge Description
This sparkling wine is produced using the French méthode traditionnelle, which is the labor-intensive technique pioneed and used in Champagne. Blanc de Noirs or “white from black” is a white sparkling wine made primarily from red grapes complemented by other traditional white varietals. The wine has both aromas and flavors of toasted almonds and ripe pears, with a rich, creamy mouth feel.
