Hilmy Cellars Description
Hilmy Cellars produces and bottles artisan wine in small lots. Our wines include red, white, rosé and sparkling wine. Over 85% of our grapes are from the Texas High Plains. Our cellar uses stainless steel tanks as well as French and American oak.
With an early harvest, the goal was to produce a light and vibrant style of Marsanne, emphasizing the grape's naturally crisp acidity. This wine was aged on the lees ( Sur lie), increasing mouthfeel in the mid-palate.
