2023 PINOT NOIR, PATTON VALLEY VINEYARD Notes of rose petals, dried herbs and forest floor on the nose lead to a brooding yet bright palate. PATTON VALLEY VINEYARD Our newest estate vineyard located in Gaston, Oregon, is home to 30 biodynamically farmed acres of vines. THE 2023 VINTAGE had a cool and wet spring delaying budbreak, followed by a consistently warm June and July. The summer was ideal for ripening, apart from one heat spike. We brought in all our fruit days before the rains heralded the end of the growing season in mid-September. EHREN JORDAN is a true vigneron with decades of combined experience in cellars and vineyards from the Rhône Valley to Paso Robles, Sonoma County and Willamette Valley. Obsessive hands-on farming practices and minimalist handsoff winemaking allow site, variety, and vintage to be the true navigator of each expression.
