The 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Cafayate and underwent 12 months of aging in French oak barrels (20% new). Dark garnet in color, the 2022 offers aromas of ash, roasted bell pepper, spice and ripe black fruit, against a backdrop of oak. Rich and intense, the fine-grained, reactive tannins and full-bodied mouthfeel lead to a long-lasting, roasted bell pepper finish. This is a tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from the Northern Valley.
