Domaine Jean-Marc et Thomas Bouley Description
The domaine is rooted in the heritage of Volnay since 1527, Domaine Jean-Marc Bouley was officially established in 1919. Today, Thomas Bouley, a fourth-generation vintner, helms the estate with a commitment to organic viniculture that honors the land and its history. Under his stewardship since 2012, the domaine spans 8.5 hectares across 29 parcels.
Sourced from the lieu-dit Longbois in Volnay with a parcel sized 0.97 ha (2.40 ac) with vines planted in 1951, 1960, 1975, and 1989.
