Tasting Note: This delicate rosé sparkling wine has aromas of redcurrant, citrus and wild strawberry.

The NV Brut Rosé is a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir Précoce that spent at least 18 months on lees. Pale pink, it opens with smooth creaminess. Frothy foam pulses through a light, bright body that carries citrus and lovely touches of redcurrant. This is a lively, bright and appetizing pink fizz, full of freshness.
Dosage is 8 grams per liter.
Wine Advocate: 88 Points
A delicate rose gold in hue, the latest release of Chapel Down's NV Brut Rosé exhibits notes of red berries, petals and orange rind. Medium-bodied, bright and delicately phenolic, with a youthfully frothy mousse and racy acids, I suspect it will show even better once it has calmed down after what I presume is a rather recent disgorgement.
