Cesari Description
Amarone Bosan was born from Corvina Veronese, Corvinone grapes and a small part of Rondinella, coming from a single vineyard in Marano di Valpolicella, with calcareous and volcanic soil.
After the traditional “Appassimento”, the 3-year ageing of the Bosan Riserva 2013 begins in French barriques, followed by at least 12 months of bottle ageing.
Tasting Note: Displays a deep garnet color. The nose is rich with jam, black cherry, plum, and dark chocolate, underpinned by subtle notes of black truffle and liquorice. The palate is full-bodied, enveloping, and soft, effectively balancing the alcohol content. It concludes with a long and complex finish.

Here is a pretty late-release wine. The Cesari 2013 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva Bosan (a blend of 80% Corvina and 20% Rondinella) exhibits a spicy and exotic side with lots of oak toast, black fruit, smoky tar and sticky blackberry or dried currant. This full-bodied wine delivers ample weight and thickness to the palate.
