The NV Extra Brut Les Rendez-Vous de Billecart-Salmon No. 7 is 100% 2018 Meunier from Venteuil done in tank. It's bright, airy and nicely lifted. Dried pear, chamomile, cinnamon, dried flowers and mint shape this delicate, understated Meunier. Brisk acids perk up the finish, where floral notes enliven things further.
